Internal works are coming along nicely on our project in Overstrand. The extension has been prepared for flow screeding which includes the pipe work for the underfloor heating loop being run throughout.
Our rendering team have hand applied some EWI Pro Nano Drex top coat Silicone Render to the property we have been renovating in Cromer. The customer has chosen the 1.5mm grain for the Top Coat and once applied and floated, this is the finish that is achieved.
The rear of this house is now primed and ready for top coating as well as the flank beside the garage. Only the front of the house to finish basecoating before we move on to getting that texture finish!
Works have been progressing well on our latest job that began on Monday in East Runton. Our Bricklayers have removed the roof and taken away all waste keeping the customer’s property in a respectable manner. The floor joists for the proposed bedroom/en-suite on this project have also been installed this week.
Busy day for the rendering team getting the rear elevation of this property base-coated and meshed using EWI Pro 225 base coat.
